“Excellent refurbished chair. I like it better than my Herman Miller chair at work. This chair blows away the old piece of crap chair I had at home. My back feels so much better. I did add some memory foam arm covers as the armrests were too hard for me. There was a slight creaking sound when leaning back, but couple squirts of silicone spray solved that.”
