“This chair came to me quickly but the box it came in looked like a 5 year old boxed and taped it up. Parts of the chair were sticking out and the inside of the box was wet. Also there is a small rip in the fabric. Not sure how long the chair will hold up with that rip. Overall a "œmeh" experience and I would recommend spending the extra $200 to buy it new.”
“Best office chair I've owned. Great job refurbishing it, it looked new out of the box besides some small scratches on the legs. Came with assembly instructions that were not at all what you needed to do to put it together but it was super easy to figure out. Only small issue is one of the arms is slightly loose so it's a bit wobbly”
“Love the refurbished Amia desk chair. It is by far the most comfortable chair I have ever owned. The number of adjustments is impressive and it is difficult to tell that the chair is not new. I am most impressed with the seat as it is comfortable to sit in for hours and does not give me tailbone pain like my other chairs have. The fabric is nice and breathable--a definite plus for warm climates. The only thing I can say I wish was different is that it could use just a little more lumbar support.”
“Chair is great. Worth the price. Only issue is that I feel as though the seat cushion was installed incorrectly. The right side where it would touch the back of my knees if it was pulled full forward, seems to be slightly further out than the left. So when I have the seat pushed back to make room between the end of the cushion and my knee, the right side is always a bit further out than the left..”
