“It actually feels like I'm sitting on 600 dollars. It would probably feel like 1200 if I bought it new. I never would but it is that comfortable. Thank God BTOD and people that work there exist. I'm absolutely 100% certain if you put this refurbished next to a brand new one nobody would be able to tell the difference. I loved it so much in my game room I bought one for work. People literally called me an idiot for buying something so expensive for work. I used to sit 8hrs per day on a cheap 100 dollar chair now I feel like a king. Of course the company should be buying something like this for its employees, but that's never happening. The materials are high quality. The build is robust. Extremely comfortable. 8hrs per day at work and 0 comfort issues. Best part if I'm no longer there this chair is coming with me . Worth every penny highly recommend it. Thank you BTOD”

“I can't say enough about how great BTOD was to work with. After I sat in the Leap for a week I wondered if the Amia seat pan would be better on the Leap frame, so Leslie in customer service shipped me one. She answered all my questions quickly and was genuinely friendly and helpful. The Amia seat wasn't the one for me after all, so I returned it for a full refund - I didn't even pay for shipping. Because of BTOD's generous return policy and committment to customer satisfaction I now know for sure that I have the right chair for me. And yeah, I do love the Leap, it's incredible. But the entire experience was even more incredible. After being burned by another company who made me pay $178 (!!!) to return a chair I was very unhappy with, this was a breath of fresh air. I'd buy from BTOD again tomorrow.”
