“The chair arrived in a huge box outside my door. Once I got it inside, I was relieved to see that there was no styrofoam. That's great, thanks a lot for the good packing guys. Everything came out of the box easily meaning that whoever designed the packaging knew what they were doing. Assembly was straightforward and within minutes I was luxuriating in my new chair.
I don't see any reason why anyone would buy a brand new chair when they can get a refurbished chair.
