“Chair creaks and makes noises when sitting or moving around in it. The biggest issue I have is with the seat cushion. It's more firm in the front than in the rear which makes my tailbone hurt and cuts off the circulation in my thighs. Lumbar adjustment moves around to much, sometimes has to be re-seated. The cylinder is a brand new one and it doesn't move up or go down at a consistent speed, it often gets stuck going down. Definitely not worth 560$, I would much rather spend my money on a different chair.”
