“The Leap 2 ergonomics are good and have helped my lower back issues. The seat is a little firmer than I would like but acceptable. In the end the chair is exactly as was advertised.

“Truly as close to new of a refurbished chair I've ever seen. Tiny tiny scuffs on the plastic, but that's to be expected.
The one concern I have at the moment is within a month the seat has some minor squeaking when I sit back in the chair. I hope to find a solution before it gets louder through time.”

I really like the vinyl material! Seems very durable and is extremely comfortable, especially with the additional 1/2" high density foam that's added beneath the original seat pad!
My previous chairs arm rests were not adjustable and getting one with adjustable arms is a BIG plus!!
The Greener Option for "used" Steelcase arm pads and cylinder is the way to go and saves you 40 bucks!
Per the BTOD reps suggestion, I went with the Hard Floor Casters after I mentioned I use a chair mat on the carpet.
Easy to put together. Overall an excellent chair, and the price can't be beat!
