“I was pleasantly surprised. The chair was practically brand new. Very well refurbished. I am very picky but couldn't really find anything to complain about. I bought this for home use. We have the same chair at work. The fabric on the BTOD chair is actually a little higher quality than the original. The seat is also a tad softer than the original but not by much. There were no dings or marks on the chair. I expected at least some marks given the black frame. Well done folks.”
