Customer service is as advertised and after a lot of research and fumbling around I found the company and the chair worth the investment.”
“The comfort of the chair is worth the price. I purchased the blue upholstery, and it looks great! Each controller is clearly marked and easy to use. Make sure to adjust the height so that your feet are resting on the floor. Then adjust the seat, so that your legs are well supported.
It is easily worth every dollar.”

Like new and with upgrades like the cylinder and cushion but one thought to put out there is that the cylinder can come two different ways top activated or side activated. but instructions for only top activated only. someone could mess up the chair if they don't know how to put in the chair with side activated. mine did come with side activated and I knew how to put it in.

“This chair is better than what you get brand new! "œRefurbished" looks better than what comes from the factory. The seat cushion is amazing- they are extra cushion when they refurbish and it shows. That was the one drawback I read about the leap was the seat didn't have enough cushion. That's not the case with this chair. It's amazing. My back has never felt better sitting in a chair. The devil is in the details with high end chairs like this. It flexes in the right spots vs cheap chairs you get at Sam's club are rigid and don't conform to your body as precisely. The arm rests adjust infinitely in all directions which just blows my mind. The recline has a nice amount of friction to keep you in that position without using any effort to stay in the reclined position. I initially thought the inability to stay locked in a reclined position would be a drawback but it's actually a plus bc you have freedom of movement which is more practical and better for your back. The one downside is you can't take a nap in this chair bc the back doesn't go high enough to rest your head on it. I might consider getting an aftermarket headrest to add to it. All in all this is the best money I've ever spent especially now that I work from home.”
