As for the chair itself, it arrived quickly after shipping, no damage to the box or parts, assembled easily, and seemed like new to me (granted, I have never had a brand new Leap V2). I've only used it for about 1 week so I don't have a full review, but so far it is everything I expected it to be (comfortable, supportive, adjustable)!”
“My Steelcase Leap 2 chair shipped on schedule. You're informed of the planned shipping date, which in my case, was two weeks after I ordered it. It came with clear, easy assembly instructions (just insert hydraulic suspension tube to base and insert bottom of chair into the tube). If I told someone I bought it brand new, they'd never know. I'm short (5'5") so I found the lumbar a bit high, Fortunately, I had a two inch cushion which I placed on the seat and now it's perfect. A billion times better than my dining room chair. The only problem is that I work even longer since the chair is so comfortable and ergonomic. I have to force myself to get up and move around because it's unhealthy to sit for hours on end. With my dining room chair, I was forced to get up constantly to fix my broken body. My only recommendation to BTOD is to reinforce the edges of their shipping box with duct tape or something stronger. One piece of plastic tape isn't enough. The box arrived in bad shape (thanks to Fedex). See photos. Since I had to carry the box up four floors, I had to duct tape all the broken sides. Otherwise, the chair would've fallen right out while carrying it. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and I recommend BTOD. I'm glad that BTOD has many videos on YouTube. Otherwise, I'd never have found them. You'd never think of Googling "BTOD" when looking for an ergonomic chair.”
“Good quality and comfort. The added foam does a great job for the seat. However, when I recline, the back of the seat doesn't tilt back unless I completely lift my back. I am only 130 lbs but the chair doesn't have enough strength to tilt back. I tried to increase the tension, but this makes it very difficult to recline. IDK if this is by design or that the chair needs lubricating or something else.”
“Couldn't find anything wrong with the chair - meaning I knew it was used, and I couldn't find any signs of use anywhere on the original body. Makes me wonder why anyone would buy a new chair for twice the price? I was a little hesitant on the purchase because of it being refurbished, but now knowing the result I feel like an idiot! Good stuff BTOD”
“Shipping was quick, chair was delivered in a well packed box. Very easy to assemble. If I didn't know this was a refurbished chair, I would have thought it was brand new. There's no scratches, no wear, or any damage anywhere on the chair. Great experience and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I've already sent several of my friends a link to BTOD.”
