“Overall, the chair is not brand new which should be expected. But all parts that would typically be in rough shape with an older chair are replaced or refinished such as the fabric, foam, wheels, cylinder, and arm rests. All features of the chair work great! I had a concern with the seat pan where the plastic frame was further away from the cushion than I would like, but that matter was quickly resolved by April. I had a new seat pan shipped to me with instructions on how to replace it. Although the chair isn't by any means perfect, the customer service and quality of the refurbishing process gives me the confidence in the chair long term. Thank you!”
“The Leap v 2.0 arrived in near perfect condition and was refurbished to such a high quality it was hard to tell it was a refurbished model at all. Shipped on time and was packed so nothing got damaged. Also was a price that's hard to beat considering these chairs brand new are $$$$. Thank BTOD!”
“I was very impressed with the quality of the chair, but I ended up returning it because I had difficulty with the assembly. The chair came in three parts - the base with rollers, the hydraulic stem, and the seat itself. Putting the stem into the base was easy. Dropping the seat onto the stem was difficult, both because of the weight of seat and because you have to guide the stem into the hole on the bottom of the seat without being to see either the hole or the stem. And if you don't align the lever which controls the height of the seat perfectly with a notch on the top of the stem, the lever won't work, and so you can't adjust the height, but worse yet the seat may be stuck and you can't take out the stem to readjust it. This is what happened to me. The video on the website explained how to take the stem out but it involved using an 18" pipe wrench and a mallet - I'm not a plumber or mechanic and so I didn't have these tools laying around. I decided to just sent the chair back. I did have a positive experience with custom service on the return.”

Chair is like new and is what the review stated. Would not hesitate to buy from BTOD again.”
“Bought this chair after seeing BTOD's refurbishing process on YouTube. I'm glad I did. This chair is awesome and feels and looks no different than a brand new Steelcase. Assembly was easy, too. Had a couple random pieces of plastic fall during assembly, but they were small and didn't affect the look or function of the chair. If you're thinking of purchasing this chair, just go ahead and do it. I doubt you'll find a better price for the quality that you'll get.”
