“The Leap has a ton of adjustability, and after a couple of days of tuning I've gotten it to my ideal setup of comfort. Assembly was, to my understanding, as if it was brand new: attach the casters, attach the height adjuster to the wheel base, attach the top of the chair. As I say in the title, I can't even tell this is refurbished. It's very comfortable, and the adjustable lumbar has finally encouraged me after many years of slouching to push my chair in and sit up straight. My one complaint would be that I wish the seat had just a little more padding toward the back of the seat, but otherwise really solid chair especially for the money.”

However this is a used chair, I ultimately bought it after reading several reviews where the chair came with only light scuffing. Unfortunately my chair was definitely more used and had more than just light scuffing in the black plastic.”
