“Everything arrived so perfectly. Installation was as easy as pie. Just had to insert the cylinder into the base and then place the preassembled seat on top of the cylinder. I've examined the entire chair and did not find anything concerning. Typical scuff marks as expected from a refurbished/used chair but the paddings, wheels and arm rests were all new!”
