“This is a good chair. The comfort level is good, cushion can be a little thicker but it's the best quality refurbished chair that I sat in. I received the chair and please with the appearance of it looking like new.”
“After weeks of research i decided to buy the leap 2. immediately i noticed the lumbar support and firm seat. After several weeks of making tweaks and adjustments i find that this chair is still uncomfortable. I have removed the lumbar support and made enough adjustments so that i can sit in it for a couple of hours at a time. Overall the chair is really adjustable but the padding is to stiff for my taste.”
“After watching btod's YouTube video on their refurbishing process of the Steelecase Leap V2, I was convinced their refurbishing process was thorough and well executed.
The chair is amazing. It came well packaged. I was expecting some minor wear due to it being refurbished, but to my surprise, It has absolutely zero scuffs or imperfections.
The fabric is soft. The padding is supple. I opted for the wood casters and they glide with ease. I was using a $250 chair I bought on Amazon, and it was just awful. My back hurt after long periods, and it would squeak. I really just didn't know anything about office chairs. Using the Leap V2 for a couple of weeks now, I can say that the extra cash is worth it. I can't even put into words the scaled difference between that $250 plastic and this chair.
TLDR: I took a risk on this Leap V2 from btod, it's amazing, 10/10, and I would recommended this chair from btod to anyone.”
“Basically a new chair, only had one scuff on the leg. Seat and fabric feel and hold up nice. I went for the grade A steelcase arms and post, both are flawless. Mechanics work perfectly and don't regret buying refurb at all. Way better than my gaming chair it is replacing. Just wish it went up a little higher but I'm tall so it's not BTODs fault there.”
“If I didn't know any better, I'd say this was a brand new from the factory item. I tried ordering a similar "refurbished " item from another source and I was incredibly disappointed. This experience was the opposite in every way. Watch the construction videos, those sold me. The customer service was amazing and the quality of the chair along with the value has won me over as a lifetime customer of BTOD. For reference, I am a 37yo female psychologist who works from home and has to sit 4 days a week for 8-12hrs. I have chronic back/neck pain and this chair makes me 100% more comfortable than the $200 chair I bought from a chain office store. Would absolutely purchase again.”
“There were MINOR scratches on the sides & legs but you literally have to look for them to find them. Based on the reviews, I was concerned that the lumbar support would be too much but I actually found it somewhat lacking - for ME. Other than that, one would swear it's a brand new chair. It's comfortable, more adjustable than I need and just works great.”

The main functional parts all in perfect condition, this chair has made my day so much more tolerable. This is a good chair for me and rebuild work was outstanding.
