“The team at BTOD did everything to make the refurbished one look and work like a new one. Good comfort and quality overall. Being a heavy built person, this one is surprisingly good for the price with many adjustments.

“It's a good chair (you'd have NEVER known it was a refurbished model - looked like new); it just wasn't good for me - I couldn't make it 2 days, and had to return it. But BTOD stood behind their product, provided free returns, and we are working on a different chair to hopefully be the one that works for me. “I was skeptical of spending so much money on an office chair. Previously, I'd only gotten the $100 chairs from office supply stores, or more recently a racing-style gaming chair. That gaming chair is in the trash now. This is the best chair I've ever used and is completely worth the money.”
“Any slight movement causes the back of the chair to rattle against the bar that is on the backside of the chair. Maybe some screws need to be tightened, but I haven't figured out to access them. If they exist, they're under the cushion on the chair back.”
