“My Leap V2 was scheduled to arrive late October to Early November. It arrived in LESS than a week, 10-15 days earlier than stated. Chair was incredibly easy to assemble, literally 3 steps, and when they say the chair is "like-new" they may as well say its brand new. The only imperfections visible are on the base itself, which i assume is due to me having picked the steel version so the scratches are slightly more visible. Glad I went with BTOD to purchase my first high-end ergonomic chair, even though it's refurbished. Customer service and communication was great, truly a reliable company which seems hard to find nowadays. 10/10 overall experience from me :) I recommend you check out the YouTube videos up on their channel if you haven't already.”
“I love the chairs, I had Aerons for years, but these are way better; as a business owner for more than 30 years, they're the best I've ever had. But as an older woman, the downside is that they're very heavy to assemble, especially if the hydraulics need adjusting. Still, I'm very happy with these reconditioned chairs' adjustability, comfort, and condition.”

I received a BEAUTIFUL chair that looked brand new! The packaging was customized and protected the chair incredibly well. Putting it together was a breeze. I found that once it was assembled the chair would not stay in the raised position I chose. I called customer service and spoke with April. It was the BEST experience I have ever had with a customer service representative! April knew exactly what the problem was and told me how to make the adjustment and then also sent me a video and directions to help. I received the video and instructions within minutes of our call and fixed the problem in minutes as well.
