“Chair arrived packed extraordinarily well. All parts in excellent condition. Rather difficult to hoist the heavy top of the chair and seat it on the bottom piece, but that's not the chair's fault. Otherwise the chair is super comfortable, and is exactly as BTOD advertised it.”
“The chair is amazing, nearly perfect. The refurb was very high quality. Only one real complaint. The seat cushion could be slightly softer, it does start to get a bit uncomfortable after a full work-day of use.

“Delivery was quicker than I expected. Chair arrived with simple straight forward assembly instructions and looks brand new. Customer service was also able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner.”
“Condition of the chair is GREAT over all. Chair look almost bran new. My only complaint is that the adjustable lumbar pice is not in the best condition. The plastic nubs that allow you to select a portion to keep it in are very worn down. When trying to move it up and down it snags or slips right past the section you want it in. It stays in place once you get it where you want it and is functional. Also the Chair had a funky smell for the first few days, but that went away. For the price these are very miner things and I would still highly recommend the chair.”
