“I returned this chair after sitting in it for a few days. The chair is super nice, well built, clean. There was no indication it was refurbished. However, I am 4'11" and this chair just did not fit me well. My feet were not quite able to be flat on the floor. The lumbar support fell on my mid-back which became very uncomfortable after a day of sitting. And the back of the chair curved in too much, such that my shoulders were being pushed in. By day three, my mid-back was screaming at me. Took a few massage sessions to get it worked out. The fully adjustable arm rest fit perfect and offered many positions that were awesome for me. I also upgraded the wheels which was worth it as it glided nicely on my tile floor. So the chair for someone a little taller than me would be well worth the money.”

“I've used Herman Miller Aerons at the office for about 5 years now, and somehow this Steelcase Leap V2 I bought here was even better. First of all, the value proposition is fantastic. For what BTOD charges for a refurbished Leap V2, this makes it all worth it. Second, the quality of the chair is basically brand new in my opinion. The only thing noticeably different is the upholstery and maybe not a lot of variation but that is expected and not a huge issue in my opinion. I really enjoyed this chair and the fit couldn't be much better for my size and body frame. Setup was incredibly easy as well, right out of the box with minimal effort. BTOD also has a lot of resources online to help you throughout your decision to purchase and setup process. Definitely checkout their youtube channel as well!”
“The chair is decent. I have the same chair at work so I can compare the two and the refurbished one feels slightly more loose in all functions. The quality seems above average. The fabric seems really durable but not that soft. I would still buy this again and think it's a pretty good value.”
“The Steelcase Leap v2 is awesome. It's comfortable, highly adjustable, and built to last. It's one of the best office chairs you can get. But you know that. What you're wondering is whether a half-price Leap is too good to be true. That's what I was afraid of too. I am SO glad I went for it. The BTOD refurb process is very thorough. My chair operates, feels, and smells like new. I had to look hard to find a couple of small scuffs on the base. Otherwise it looks like new too. 10 out 10. Would buy again.”
