“Years ago I bought a "refurbished"/"open stock" Leap v2 from another source. It was considerably less expensive but used. It looked somewhat beat up but I shrugged it off because of the price. Recently the gas cylinder stopped operating properly. Rather than throw good money after bad to repair it, I purchased this one from BTOD. It's still half the price of a new Leap v2. I'm very pleased. It's functions like new and the upholstery has been redone. It was shipped and packed well. You get what you pay for. As an "œunknown" company (for those not familiar); such companies have to persuade customers that their business is not just another drop-shipping, money-sucking, margin-centric machine. In my experience BTOD is not any of that in my experience with this refurbished leap

“The condition was great. Order came in a couple of days even after I requested a color change for the chair. Very good packaging. My only issue is the back support mechanic under the back cushion is lose. I'm not sure if that's normal but the mechanic to pull it up and down from the side is loose and not binding to the chair.”

I am 5'4 and have narrow shoulders and although the chairs arms did move a lot, I was not able to move them into a comfortable position for my shoulders.
