“Amazingly comfortable chair and I can't tell that it's refurbished. It feels completely new. Working from home just got a lot more comfy. I highly recommend this chair for anyone else that is looking for something that has a great the lower backrest and has a nice cushion. The wheels also work well on our natural fiver carpet.”
“I am having trouble with the pump on the chair keeps dropping and I have to adjust the height of the chair 2 to 3 times a day. Who can I contact in regards to this matter? It cannot be a weight issue because I only weigh 160 lbs. Other then that the chair is good.”
“Chair works great, and well worth the price compared to buying one new. I did have to contact customer service to get help with getting the chair to go up & down, but it wasn't terribly hard to fix once I got the seat pan off. It's done wonders for my back and absolutely worth it.”
“I am 5'2 and I have had this chair for over two weeks now and I can definitely say it is a solid chair. The seat is super comfortable and the lumbar support is fantastic. I like that the armrest has 4d adjustment and 5 or more height levels which adjust well with my standing desk. Previously, I had a hyken chair and it hurt my butt after 3-4 hours of use. I also had the ofm chair, which was comfortable but the depth of the seat was too long and my knees couldn't get to a 90 degree angle.”
“I had this identical chair at my work place and was very pleased with it and was happy to find on from BTOD. I really find the refurbished chair to be as good as new at much less the price of new. Very pleased.”
“The chair is absolutely perfect, but that's nothing compared to the customer service!
It's quite hard these days to encounter this level of experience.
If I will ever need another chair, I know where to purchase it from, that's for sure!”
“BTOD.com was the right choice after watching dozens of YT videos. It's impossible to tell that it is not a new chair (IMHO). I purchase a refurb Leap v2 and added the extra padding - perfect! Already recommended to colleagues.”
