“Chair shipped faster than expected. Wasn't a fan of Fed-Ex backing into driveway and rolling box out of the truck right in front of the garage door, but after opening didn't found anything broken due to great packaging. After easy assembly the chair had a noticeable squeak on the chair back, but once it acclimated for a day that went away. The only other item is the left arm rest has an annoying click that I cannot figure out, but the chair is very comfortable, easy to adjust, and looks great. Overall BTOD did a great job and it was far less than a new chair.”
“Chair quality is great and the adjustability is super easy to use. Chair itself gives me some pain in my tailbone that is apparently a problem others have had. Hopefully it goes away in a couple weeks as my body adjusts to the chair but the actual chair quality itself seems fantastic and I'm not sure if the mild pain would be any better with an Aeron or a different chair either.”
