Coming from a $50 Amazon chair with zero lumbar support and negative butt cushion, the Steelcase feels like heaven for my entire body! I use this chair for about 10+ hours a day at times and I never feel like my body is going to fall apart afterward. The packaging was amazing and it was super easy to assemble. “I had a not so favorable experience with my initial order to no fault of BTOD as FedEx lost my chair saying it was delivered! Contacted FedEx to no avail and then proceeded to contact BTOD customer service, Jackie was very understanding and investigated with FedEx and they informed that the chair was delivered when it was no where to be found.
After explaining my situation to Jackie, she informed me that they would give me a refund or send me a new chair since FedEx lost it. This was fantastic news because not a lot of companies are so accommodating (I speak from experience). Ofcourse I requested for the chair to be resent and it was finally delivered (even when it got delayed by a day because FedEx sucks..).
I am very happy with my chair, it is awesome and so comfortable! My posture and body pains will now be history!”
