When researching chairs I came across BTOD tv on YouTube and the video about the Leap v2 refurb process helped me make up my mind to order a refurb chair. “the work and quality are impeccable but the cushion is firm and i am developing lower back tightness when sitting for 6 hours. the chair is built to last though. i wish it had a more cushy seat, but i knew that going in. i'm using an older gel seat cushion which gives me some relief but still get the tender lower back after awhile.”
