“A very comfortable chair in decent condition for being refurbished. Knocked off a star for initial issues with the height adjustment (found videos on BTOD's YouTube channel to fix) with it being a continuous issue even after the initial fix (chair will go up now, but will slowly sink, initially the height adjustment lever would not work at all). Can't tell if it's a cylinder issue or if the contact screw needs to be loosened again (though it was loosened almost completely off the first fix). Just a minor buyer beware that you might have to perform your own chair maintenance once your chair comes in.”
