the only quirk is the chair doesn't stay at whatever height adjustment i leave it at. it doesn't lower while sitting, but rather raises when no one is in the chair for an extended period of time (hour +). maybe once the piston is broken in it'll stop? either way it's not really an issue, but maybe not something you'd expect from a $1000+ brand new chair.”

After doing so and seeing your video on your process for updating a chair that was pre owned, I decided to buy the Leap v2 from you. What a great chair! I sit for long periods but with this chair I don't feel fatigued at the end of the day. The adjustability is awesome and fits me exactly as I want. For anyone on the fence about this chair, jump off the fence and buy the chair, you will not be disappointed! Chair was easy to setup and looks brand new... best decision I've made for my home office!

“Overall good construction and looks like new for a used chair. One small piece broke off - some plastic but not sure from where. Doesn't seem to affect chair functionality. For the price the chair is noticeable more comfortable than an average office chair. The shopping experience was easy though.”
