“Btod shipped quick, and the chair is in seemingly perfect condition, But the leap 2 itself is just descent. However, I did save around 500 dollars by buying refurbished from them. So I'd give 5 stars for btod and 3 for the chair itself for a 4 stars composite.”

“It shipped really fast (2 days). The videos and explanations for mounting it were clear and easy (make sure you watch them to put the cylinder properly). A piece broke during the shipping, they immediately sent me a replacement and clear explanations on how to change it. Took me 2 minutes. The chair is comfortable, silent (no squeaky wheels or springs), and in excellent shape (no scratches). The cushion is in much better shape than the other (cheaper) refurbished I've seen where the company selling it probably didn't worry about re-foaming them. The fabric has the right texture to not slide on it. I totally recommend it.”
