“The chair is in great condition, and the refurbishment was spot on. The only qualm I have is I had to adjust the gas cylinder screw so the chair could properly go up and down. BTOD has a video on how to fix this because many people seem to experience this, but that makes me question why they don't always check for this if it is such a common problem.”
