“I did some research and sat in a variety of Steelcase and Haworth chairs at dealers and really liked the Leap V2, had a discussion with a BTOD customer service rep and bought the refurbished Leap V2. What a great chair! Readily adjustable to a position that I find highly comfortable and enjoyable. The refurbishing work is excellent and it would be difficult for someone to tell it from brand new. My wife also uses the chair and one of my adult daughters has tried it too. They both really like it and they are both 5'1" and 110# and 120# respectively. I am 5'7 and 160#. The Leap is an excellent fit for all of us and I would guess from where the settings are for us that anyone considerably taller and heavier would be able to readily adjust the Leap to their needs. Tremendous value, excellent company. What's not to love?”

“Great chair! Shipping was fast and assembly was simple--five minutes from opening the box to sitting down. I didn't order the armrest replacements but can't distinguish what I received from new. Leap chairs are one of the most adjustable chairs you will find. I was shopping crap chairs from big box office stores and was sooo happy to find this chair at btod for about the same price. I will be a repeat customer when this chair wears out. Unfortunately that might be a while!”
“I am overall happy with my chair but had a few issues when installing. The fabric backing arrived unattached to the plastic, so we had to figure out how to attach it ourselves. It took two of us to do that. If you put in the cylinder incorrectly it's a pain to take it out (and the seat height changing feature requires it to be installed correctly). You need a mallet and other tools to get it out to install correctly.”
