“Very comfortable initially, but apparently the cushion fabric is not very breathable. My rear got uncomfortably hot within about half an hour of sitting. Disappointing since otherwise it is a great chair.”
“The chair itself didn't work for me, with it causing neck pain even after trying to adjust for a few weeks. I also found the armrests to be annoying as they would need regular repositioning since the top part does not lock in place. The return process was very easy, with no restock fee, and pickup from my house.
The chair itself for a refurb looked brand new, so I would say if the chair is right for you it is worth the savings compared to buying new.”
