on the other hand, i don't like how the return works. i tried several ways to take apart the chair as requested, but neither way works, also no ground support on this. and i cannot return in full assembly, which other vendor mostly offers that. this is super annoying, and i don't like it at all.”
“Chair is awesome, very comfortable. There was an issue with the pneumatic cylinder I got originally, however I reached out to BTOD's customer support and they got one shipped to me in just a few days and after swapping them out it's worked flawlessly. That said, the swapping was kind of difficult, needed to use a pipe wrench with a breaker bar on it to get the original one off, but that's not anything on BTOD.”

“Very, very happy with this chair. I couldn't stand my Amazon chair that I had purchased for around $200 so much so that I stopped sitting at my desk setup because of it. I decided that enough was enough and did a TON of research, watched videos, and read forums and posts about all the office chairs available and it seemed like for my use case and my partners use case, the Leap v2 was the right decision. Actually, the BTOD videos on YouTube helped a lot with this decision.
The only issue is that, brand new, the chair is way out of my budget and hard to justify. I have a couple of coworkers who ordered from BTOD and combined with the warranty and the return policy, I figured it couldn't hurt. It was a bit out of my budget but with an additional 10% off coupon code, I pulled the trigger. I wanted to make sure I had something that would last, that would be comfortable, and adjustable since I'm 6'3 and my partner is 4'10.
The site says that the chair takes 3-5 days to ship and 3-5 days to deliver. The chair not only shipped in one day but also delivered the next day. It was TWO days from ordering until I got the chair. Also, not that assembling office chairs is hard but the chair comes in three parts and that's it. Unpacking the pieces takes longer than actually assembling it. The chair looked brand new. Hard to believe it was refurbished. It's so adjustable and so comfortable and I feel spoiled sitting in it. Kind of insane that, brand new, these chairs are $1,200+ when I got it for less than $600. I'd buy it all over again.”
