I love this chair! I can't wait for the headrest to release too! I am happy to get a top tier chair and not have to spend a fortune to get a new one. Thanks!

I am upgrading from a $150 Costco chair with zero adjustments other than up and down. So the bar to impress me wasn't very high. But this chair suck!! It's so uncomfortable on my lower back / upper buttocks. If you are buying this, maybe opt out of the 4 way adjustable armrests. They are so floppy, they will move out of position at the first accidental nudge. It's just too distracting to constantly move these into the "˜perfect position'

You start with a solid baseline product, refresh where necessary, upgrade if required and in the end, you have a great chair. Comfortable and supportive where it needs to be. The only problem is you forget that you DO NEED TO get up once in a while!

Love this chair. So many options to make it "your chair" and fit you perfectly. The refurbished Leap chair from BTOD is just as good as my brand new one at work and half the price!

The condition of the seat and main frame were good. There could have been more QC for the other components. One of the knobs had torn rubber and I had to request a replacement.

Honestly feel like this chair helped me with my back pain.

It's ok. The seat is too thin and the arm rests constantly slide around. I wish there was a way to lock them in place. They also don't rise high enough. I guess I have short arms.
