“I recently bought a chair and I'm satisfied with the product. The shipping was prompt and the chair met my expectations. However, I had to disassemble and reassemble the chair multiple times to adjust the cylinder. I noticed that the cylinder went all the way down when I sat on the chair, which was quite inconvenient. Unfortunately, there were no instructions on how to adjust the cylinder, so I had to search for a tutorial on YouTube. I had to repeat the process twice, and it was quite frustrating. While I'm tech-savvy and managed to fix the issue, I can imagine it being difficult for someone who isn't. I believe this is a significant oversight, and the company should warn customers about it to avoid any inconvenience.”

Delivery time took ~2 weeks from the order date. The upholstery looks great. The frame has some expected markings but it also has rust, which I didn't expect. Overall, I'm disappointed with the purchase.”
