“Great build quality and stability, I'm very happy with the purchase. Some negatives are that the armrests move quite a bit through normal use and it makes me wish they had a lock feature. Speaking of locking, the lean back feature is lacking one as well. If I want to comfortably lean back, I have to fine tune the tension so that I can sit in the locked position without it pushing me back up or dropping further back.”
“This chair seems like new, despite the refurbished title. It is very comfortable, and I've heard no complaints (it was a gift). It was easy to assemble, but take a few minutes to look at the all the adjustments of the chair because there are quite a few. Glad I made this purchase.”
“Great quality reupholstering. Went with the vinyl upgrade and glad i did. Had an issue with one of the armrest pads getting stuck. Took it apart and it had a little tacky residue on it. Cleaned it and now it works like new.”
“Amazing Amazing! This company is legit! This chair goes for $1,117.0 and if leather 600 bucks more. The chair looks brand new and I got the Black Vinyl upgrade which isnt leather but is amazing! Really researched multiple websites and found this one to be reputable and helpful (reviews of diff chairs is worth looking at). Love that this chair has a a great warranty as well!

“Love the chair, it is practically like new. BTOD was a great alternative to buying the brand new chair, they really did a good job refurbing. Just like new. Their delivery estimates were off by a few days, and I live in Wisconsin - yet for whatever reason FedEx shipped the chair down to Chicago before coming back to deliver to my house. Not sure how that is efficient, but that's on FedEx - not on BTOD.”
