“Great chair, but the height adjuster wasn't initially operational. While tech support was great, disassembling the seat isn't for the faint of heart, requiring a rubber mallet and a butter knife (or at least a very long screwdriver/spudger). In the process, I nearly got grease on my beautiful freshly upholstered chair, which would have been quite disheartening.
However, the chair itself is spectacular. I'd absolutely purchase again from BTOD vs. competitors or vs. purchasing new.”
