“The chair is in great condition, fabric is slightly different from my original model but totally fine, and shipping was speedy. My one complaint, though, is that the refurbished (ie, replaced) armrests are harder than the original! For someone with bony elbows this is a major flaw. I had to get add-on pads for these.”
