“I've never used a Leap before and they were always too expensive to consider buying new, but this refurbished Leap is very good, and at a much more affordable price. It feels sturdy, the seat and back are comfortable, and there's a huge amount of adjustability. I wish it was possible to lock the swivel on the arms, but that's not too important. It's pretty much a perfect work chair for my home office.
Also, BTOD offered great service. Fedex dropped the ball when getting the chair shipped to me and was unable to deliver it, sending it back instead. BTOD sent out a new chair to me immediately rather than wait for the original chair to return to them. Excellent handling of the shipping strangeness.”
