“Overall good. There was a bit of cosmetic damage on the arm rests. I don't know if that was part of being refurbished or if it was damaged during shipping. Otherwise, everything was great. I didn't report the damage to BTOD so I can't fault them. Great chair, great price and reasonably fast shipping.”
