“Chair is basically in like-new condition besides a few scuffs on the plastic. They did a great job refurbishing it, it was completely worth the price compared to a brand new chair.
It's comfortable and has a lot of adjustable parts. Will definitely be keeping this chair for years to come.”
“Chair came in a like new fashion and was impressed with the turnaround time. No issues with shipping or receiving the product. Hardest part was putting the new cylinder for raising and lowering the chair into the frame and putting the seat on, but really only took like 5min (mostly reviewing the instructions). A 2nd pair of hands though would be useful for that step.
Other than that, great fabric (I received the black vinyl) and I expect the finish to last several years before seeing wear.
