“This is my honest review of three things: (1) BTOD Service; (2) BTOD Refurbishing Quality; (3) the Leap V2 Chair. BTOD Service is great. My chair arrived earlier than estimated, packed very well, and was incredibly easy to put together alone. Nothing but good to say about BTOD. The Refurbishing Process which BTOD proclaims loudly on their site? I can attest they are true to their word. It is that good. Chair looks like new. I had to look very hard to find any scratches anywhere at all. Absolutely no one else would ever know this chair was used and refurbished, and it functions like it did brand new. But the chair? Not nearly as comfortable as they claim. No padding at all on the backrest. The padding on the seat is inadequate. Very firm. Not cushiony, at all. I'd describe the seat cushioning as thin and extremely firm. You do not sink into this seat. You sit on top of it. On the plus side, the lumbar area support is very good, and the many adjustable components do let you dial in the perfect "fit" for your body. I won't be returning it, but I am relegating it to another room (much less often used) and buying a different chair, promptly. I wish I'd spent more, to get the better chair, the first time. Don't make the mistake of thinking this seat cushion is going to be one of the more cushiony ones available. There simply must be far more cushiony seats than the extremely firm one on the Leap V2. Other than that, it is a very well designed chair, and BTOD does a fantastic job of refurbishing them to look and operate as new. I endorse the company. But be cautious on choice of your perfect throne.”
“I watched a bunch of YT videos from BTOD, quite a lot actually, and I thought, " Hmm, these folks clearly have their act together, I think I'll give them my business." I'm glad I did. While the Leap v2 is not a miracle, my chronic back pain while at the desk has been cut in half, and that's a conservative estimate. There was absolutely no misrepresentation of this chair by BTOD. 4 stars for the chair, 5 stars for BTOD. A second order will be placed soon.”
“Chair arrived quickly and in condition described. However, wasn't quite as comfortable as I was expecting. Likewise didn't realized for returns, BTOD makes the customer pay all return shipping and restocking fees, so with all that factored in, I'm kind of stuck with it since I'd otherwise be taking a huge loss if returning it. Wish I had known that in advance. :/”
