“Hands down great product! The chair looks and feels like a brand new chair. I first purchased a brand new Herman Miller Aeron Chair and then returned it for this chair. The Leap v2 chair is way more comfortable and 1/3 the price at BTOD.”

“Chair was clean and packed well. Somewhat disappointed at the spaces between the seat cushion and pan, but it is a minor issue. Arms wobble a bit at max extension but that could just be the design and nothing to do with the refurb. Overall I am happy and I think I received significant value for my money.”
