“Every time I sit down it feels like I'm sitting on clouds designed for the prince of Persia. This steelcase leap v2 is exactly what I needed as my last chair kept making my legs fall asleep and prevented me from sitting on my own leg (without discomfort) due to the seat contours. Lumbar support is right on point providing ideal fitness without digging into your back. Directions that came in the box / on YouTube made it a 5 minute assembly with no tools required. Literally everything on this chair is perfect. I don't miss not having a head rest like my last chair because I really never used it as a recliner. Also I love all the informative videos resources on the BTOD website. They helped me buy with confidence and it was really neat to see how they recondition them piece by piece. I recommend to anyone serious about sitting in comfort. If Clark's shoes made desk chairs this would be it. Comfort and quality all around”

“This is by far the most comfortable and customizable, ergonomic office chair I have ever sat on. So glad to have picked BTOD as the vendor, the chair seat is so soft yet durable under compression, and always rebounds back to it's original shape. You can sit cross legged with plenty of space, move/rotate/raise the armrests all around for any setup you can think of, and the adjustable recline (with adjustable resistance) is amazing. The seat moving slightly forward on recline is awesome, and adjusting seat depth dials you in properly. Lumbar resistance is also adjustable, and can be raised. The backside is even made out of semi-soft plastic which follows the contour of your back and shoulders when bending back (just like the Herman Miller's Embody). Endless configuration to put your body in the right way, eliminating body pain for long durations. I can easily sit in this chair all day, moving from different sitting positions as I feel necessary. The chair is overall amazing, but BTOD did a great job on refurbishing and reupholstering. Standard wheels are 100% quiet, unlike any caster I've had, and the gas cylinder is great quality. I will recommend this to anyone and everyone who strikes up a conversation about office chairs.”
“My company gave me a decent budget for furnishing my home office this year, so I decided to upgrade my chair. I am a petite woman, about 5'2 - '3 on a good day - and when I went to try out different chairs at the office furniture stores near me all of the chairs seemed more sized to fit your average man, in other words a person taller than me. My main issues were the seat pan was always too long and most of the chairs I looked at did not offer the ability to adjust it so I was stuck. Also, I wanted a chair where I could lean back during the day and be able to sit in different positions (criss-cross applesauce). I started research online, which led me to BTOD.com which has amazing and thorough resources for selecting an office chair. After all of my research, I decided the Leap was the best bet for me as a chair that had a lot of adjustment possibilities, since there was no way I was going to be able to sit in the different chair choices I had around where I live. The price for a brand new leap was a bit more than my company would be willing to pay for and after reading about BTOD's refurbishing process, I decided it made the most sense to go with a refurbished chair. At one point they had issues getting the right cylinder for my chair, but were very diligent about contacting me and giving me choices for how to proceed. The chair shipped quickly and was very easy to assemble. I am very happy and would do business with this company again.”
