“The chair is great. Saved a bunch going with a refurbished one. The adjustable arms are the best feature. The only recommendation I have for other buyers is to pay the extra for padded armrests. The hard plastic is painful.”
“Ordering and chair comfort
Ordering, processing, and delivery were all excellent. With regards to the chair; It lacks the comfort of my identical chair at work. The seat padding is inadequate and I miss the padded arm rests. Mechanically the reclining function is very notchy not a smooth motion. Overall I am a bit disappointed, but will be keeping the chair.”

“To be fair, as short as I am (barely 5' 2") and as many hours as I sit at my desk each day (up to 9 hours), I'm not sure I would be able to review any chair as great. I chose this chair due to its reviews for folks on the short side and because I was impressed with the BTOD refurb process. While the chair is fine, I find the seat to be uncomfortable sitting in for an entire work day -- even though I get up hourly. I wonder if it would be different if I had purchased a new one from the manufacturer as opposed to a refurb? I don't know the answer to that question but I think, should there be a next time, I will probably opt for brand new.”
