“I wasn't sure how I felt about ordering a refurbished chair, but I have to say I am not disappointed. For less than half the cost of a brand new Leap 2, my BTOD refurbished leap looks as good as brand new. Having looked it over extensively I couldn't find a single scratch or mark on it to signify that it was a refurbished chair. The padding on the seat bottom is more than adequate. You can still feel the bottom of the cushion, it doesn't feel harsh by any means; you just kind of barely bottom out. I do wish the seat bottom was a little bit larger to accommodate a wider variety of seating positions, but when sitting in the chair correctly it still feels great. The back rest is fantastic, and still feels great after long all day sessions in the chair. I do wish the optional Steelcase headrest was available, but from what I can tell it requires a completely different seat back, and the chair still feels plenty supportive without it. After owning a nearly equally priced "gaming chair" for 5 years I was constantly sore after just an hour or so in the chair. Not anymore. If you want a chair that will properly support you for long periods of time, the Steelcase Leap is a great choice.”

If the full price Leap v2 is not in your budget, I'd highly recommend this one. Felt like I'm getting good value for my money.”
“Love it! It took a while to get the chair correctly adjusted, but it's feeling great now! Took off a star because the chair couldn't raise/lower and I had to take it apart and make some fixes. Part of the plastic that helps get the seat reattached broke in shipping, too. Still: quality chair they refurbished! Very worth it!”
