But after almost giving up because it was so difficult to develop a routine, I got into the flow and felt really good. This is really DIY, though. No app to help troubleshoot or answer your questions--just a Facebook group. Then you learn the scrappiness of a FB group, PDFs, and spreadsheets is somewhat endearing if not difficult to manage and hard to get into. Stick with it and you'll see results. But the content on the PDFs really isn't anything you can't get free online. Although I'd say I should've gotten Intermediate and not Beginner. And I feel like Jeremy seems to be a good guy, but Built With Science is changing from fitness-first to profits-first--like the "private" coaching doesn't have any pricing, and I can't understand why he wouldn't be transparent.”

“It is a good product. The nutrition spreadsheet is helpful. While the workouts are good, I dont find them the best thay are a good example of wat you should be doing, but I'd suggest adding more intense and isolated things along with more volume into the mix other than that its very good for getting you on the right tracks.”
