“The crabcakes were very substantial and had a lot of lump crab meat in them. The mixture of filler and crab was very evenly balanced, and after broiled were tastier than I would’ve expected-a variable feast on a memorable occasion.”
“They were OK for a no fuss dinner. Perhaps because the crab had been frozen it was less than suculent and the binder seemed soft and heavier than the best I have had. I followed the instructions for the preferred [oven] method.”
