Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought worked really well. The twice-daily excursions were brilliantly managed, and we saw almost everything it was possible to see on this journey.

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving I'm struggling to think of anything in need of improvement. One aspect covered in the feedback to Ponant was the option to borrow of hire walking poles for the landings. I took a pair, but many passengers didn't and they would have been of benefit on icy slopes.

“The Ponant cruise on L'Austral was everything I'd hoped for and more. The crew and staff were exemplary, the expedition team knowledgeable and experienced, our fellow passengers varied and interesting, plus a comfortable cabin, delicious food and achingly beautiful scenery.”

“Like no other place on earth. Just beautiful. If you even have a tiny thought about going, just do it. Yes, it's massive, but everything about it makes it worthwhile.”

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought worked really well. Chimu prepared us well…with info, packing lists etc….and the Quark Expedition team kept us informed re all the activities and any possible changes …very interesting to do both landings and zodiac cruises
