Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving The Iguazu falls tour was good but I was disappointed the first day Argentinian side, the guide, walked way to fast for me and others in the group. I asked her to slow down repeatedly and when she didn't, I asked her to point out the meeting point, left the group and walked at my own pace, meeting up in time for the return bus to the hotel. It is promoted as a full day tour but in reality is only a half day tour as all 3 tracks on that side and the optional boat road are completed before lunch so it is really only a half day tour and should not be rushed like that. On the second day we had the same guide, who continued to walk too fast, and what is worse, I was included in a Spanish/English group instead of exclusive English group. So everything had to be translated with the guide speaking twice as long and telling the Spanish speakers way more than the English speakers. She was not a good guide and when booking and English tour, it should be an English tour. Again, early pick up, rushed around the track, than back via her friends souvenir shop. If I had my time over, I would organise my own private tour through Viator or Trip Advisor, I would not use the company which Chimu use.

“I only booked accommodation in Buenos Aires and toured Iguazu Falls through Chimu. The Buenos Aires hotel is in an excellent location, rooms have what you need although not much lighting and decor is tired and outdated. The included breakfast is very ordinary with staff coughing and sneezing on the buffet and terrible coffee! I booked a city tour, a tango show with dinner and an Argentine cooking class privately and had not trouble getting around Buenos Aires on foot or by taxi. Iguazu Falls accommodation was in an excellent location in the middle of town in easy walking distance to the 3 countries monument, restaurants, shops and cafes but was old and tired with noisy patrons around the pool all night disturbing sleep of other guests and a very basic breakfast, too late for early morning departures on Iguazu falls day tours. All airport transfers were on time and easy to find however the drivers were variable from one turning up in a suit, speaking excellent English, to a young guy who did not help with my bag, yelled out the window at a mate in another car to a woman who spoke no English and clearly thought the lane markings were just for decoration.”

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought worked really well. the walking tour and the dining experience . The pick ups were on time and ell with it. Best of all having the whatsapp facility with the local team were a fantastic service.

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving the tour to the city , la boca etc. seemed very rushed and with no plan I don't like seeing the city from a car. I would prefer to get out and experience the city eg more time in the cemetery, in the cathedral, It would all have been good if the guide walked with us in La boca and explained the history.

“Argentina is a place where you have to immerse yourself in. you cant stand on the sidelines. Its worth the experience”
