Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving Latam airline ground crew in Buenos Aires after our flight was diverted from AEP to EZE were poor. The organising changed 2 or 3 times in a short time. Poor service. In Peru - no water provided on a 2 hour+ transfer.

“People are lovely. Airports are crowded and unorganised. Plenty to see and people are happy to help. It is very expensive!”

“My husband and I toured Patagonia organised through Chimu. Our tour far exceeded our expectations in both the spectacular scenery as well as the quality of guides, hotels and the cruise on Stella Australis. Chimu made our travels seamless.”

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought worked really well. The flight/meet up logistics were impressively well planned and executed (with the one exception below). The pickups and guides were all helpful and knowledgeable (one exception below). The hotels were all of a good standard except for the one in BA where the A/C caused some health issues. Staff across the board were friendly and helpful.

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving One of the BA tour guides doing the city tour was rushing so the bus/walking idea didn't work as we experienced very little (in comparison the walking tour the next day was much better). The logistics in/out of Iguazi Falls were unnecessarily complicated with us crossing the border three times when with some small itinerary adjustments this could have been reduced to 1 (like what was done for other Chimu travellers we met up with).
