“No issues - I would have liked a little text or something just to confirm everything was fine on the day of delivery but otherwise I have no qualms. Tree looks lovely.”

“I ordered this tree on 22.12.20 after having a struggle with the website! It was duly delivered during the afternoon on 23.12.20. When I took the tree into the house, I realised that one side of it was very muddy. Having arranged the tree so that the muddy bit is at the back, the shape and bushy-ness is delightful.”

“Our first tree delivered on 15/12 left more needles on the floor than it retained on its branches. We sent photos and Christmas Forest agreed to send a replacement. The Thursday delivery was delayed til Friday and Friday til Saturday. The replacement was so covered in mud that I had to clean it. The mud was on top of the branches all the way up and all the way around the tree, as though it had been deliberately rolled in a bog. I needed to clean the sitting room, change my clothes and have a shower after setting up the tree. I can’t really face decorating it. Who knows if 2021 will be a better year but I know I won’t be buying a tree from Christmas Forest ever again.”
