“We received our tree on a Saturday early evening. The next day when we had a closer look, the tree seems looks to be a bit dry. There were lots of pine that fell out throughout the day. At this rate the tree will not last a week. I was told that the trees are checked before packaged but it seems this tree may have been int he warehouse for a long time without any water. I am quite upset after having spent money and time cleaning up after the tree while the pines are falling.”

“I paid extra for the tree to be put up and it wasn’t. Now not only do I need to try to put it up but the refund will take 20 days which is a joke. Also I have always loved the tress’s from you but this one is dropping at a crazy rate. Very unhappy returning customer.”

“Had our tree delivered yesterday and there are branches where there are next to no needles. The tree is dropping needles at an alarming rate for day 1. We are decorating it today and will see how it holds up after a week, but disappointed on first impression.”

“Needles dropping already even though tree has had water every day and was only received 4 days ago. It is not near haeting of any kind.Does not smell fresh as they normally do! In addition to the above my delivery was requested between 20.00 - 22.00 but was made at 14.40 however, luckily I was at home.”

“The tree is rather disappointing. It’s very droopy (the branches are very soft so I assume it’s a young tree). It also doesn’t have much of a trunk so it appears shorter and lower branches touch the floor. Plus it’s already shedding. Overall a disappointment”

“We have been buying our tree from Christmas Forest for the last three years and have never been disappointed with our tree until this year. We ordered a 6ft tree as per norm but received a tree no bigger than 5ft. That was issue No:1 The second issue was the delivery. I booked a slot for 13:00-18:00 and the tree got delivered at 18:48 with no communication from the driver or office advising of a delay and reason why. I am not happy with the service at all this year.”
