“Made order online, then they called the business phone number they found online, my colleagues didn't know about my purchase because I used my own card, then they sent half of my money order on time, called to enquire why. Driver had forgotten to drop one tree. In total I had to call 3 times to make sure they've done their job properly. Next year I'm going to try someone else as this is the first time I'm purchasing trees online so I can compare services. I'm happy that delivery was on time. But they are very disorganised.”

“We were disappointed with our tree as it was very narrow at the bottom & uneven & looked quite sparse. So we complained to the Christmas forest, they offered a replacement which we accepted & went paid the difference for a 7 foot instead. This tree is amazing! Not as amazing as last years but worth it.”

“The guys from Pines and Needles were very friendly and installed the tree professionally. I ordered a 6ft and pretty sure it’s well over 7ft but it looks amazing!”

“It looks beautiful, very full. My only criticism is that is is meant to be non drop but already it has dropped hundreds of pines and we haven’t even put the decorations on yet!!! Good delivery service too.”
